What is difference between grounding and bonding?
Bonding is the electrical connection of all exposed metal items not designed to carry electricity in a room or building. Grounding is the attachment of bonded systems to the ground. Bonding and grounding are both necessary to safeguard people and property from electric hazards.
Minimum Size Equipment Grounding Conductors
The bonding conductor(s) or jumper(s) shall be sized in accordance with Table 2.50.6.13, and equipment grounding conductors shall be sized in accordance with Table 2.50.6.13 using the rating of the circuit. The points of attachment of the bonding jumper(s) shall be accessible.

Sections in the Philippine Electrical Code Requiring Minimum Size Equipment Grounding Conductors according to Table 2.50.6.13
2.50.6.13(A) General. Copper, aluminum, or copper-clad aluminum equipment grounding conductors of the wire type shall not be smaller than shown in Table 2.50.6.13, but in no case shall they be required to be larger than the circuit conductors supplying the equipment.
Equipment grounding conductors shall be permitted to be sectioned within a multiconductor cable, provided the combined circular mil area complies with Table 2.50.6.13.
4.9.2.41 Grounding. Multisection industrial control panels shall be bonded together with an equipment grounding conductor or an equivalent equipment grounding bus sized in accordance with Table 2.50.6.13. Equipment grounding conductors shall be connected to this equipment grounding bus or to an equipment grounding termination point provided in a single-section industrial control panel.
4.30.8.5 Grounding. Multisection motor control centers shall be connected together with an equipment grounding conductor or an equivalent equipment grounding bus sized in accordance with Table 2.50.6.13. Equipment grounding conductors shall be connected to this equipment grounding bus or to a grounding ter- mination point provided in a single-section motor control center.
6.47.1.6(B) Grounding Conductors Required. Permanently wired utilization equipment and receptacles shall be grounded by means of an equipment grounding conductor run with the circuit con- ductors to an equipment grounding bus prominently marked “Technical Equipment Ground” in the originating branch- circuit panelboard. The grounding bus shall be connected to the grounded conductor on the line side of the separately derived system’s disconnecting means. The grounding conductor shall not be smaller than that specified in Table 2.50.6.13 and run with the feeder conductors. The technical equipment grounding bus need not be bonded to the panelboard enclosure. Other ground- ing methods authorized elsewhere in this Code shall be permit- ted where the impedance of the grounding return path does not exceed the impedance of equipment grounding conductors sized and installed in accordance with this article.
6.75.1.13 Methods of Grounding. Machines that require ground- ing shall have a non–current-carrying equipment grounding conductor provided as an integral part of each cord, cable, or raceway. This grounding conductor shall be sized not less than the largest supply conductor in each cord, cable, or raceway. Feeder circuits supplying power to irrigation machines shall have an equipment grounding conductor sized according to Table 2.50.6.13.
